Наиболее распространенные формы рака и онкогенные папилломавирусы

Аннотация

   В мировых рейтингах онкологической заболеваемости и смертности карциномам молочной и предстательной желез, легкого, а также толстой и прямой кишок принадлежат лидирующие позиции. Они составляют около 40 % вновь выявляемых случаев рака. Связь этих карцином с онкогенными вирусами папилломы человека (ВПЧ) активно изучается, но остается предметом дискуссий. На материалах метаанализов, выполненных по схеме «случай–контроль», проанализированы результаты детекции онкогенных ВПЧ в клинических образцах рака молочной и предстательной желез, легкого, толстой и прямой кишок; суммированы данные, полученные при попытках проверки активности геномов папилломавирусов в ВПЧ-положительных опухолях. Имеющиеся результаты подтверждают, что онкогенные ВПЧ являются факторами риска четырех перечисленных форм рака.
