Аннотация
Одним из факторов, ассоциированных с ростом заболеваемости злокачественными новообразованиями, является загрязнение окружающей среды канцерогенными соединениями, в том числе пестицидами. Стойкий органический загрязнитель инсектицид дихлордифенилтрихлорэтан (ДДТ) до недавнего времени был безальтернативным средством для борьбы с переносчиками малярии. Несмотря на многочисленные доказательства негативного действия на здоровье человека, ДДТ и в настоящее время используется в некоторых странах.
Цель обзора – всесторонний анализ динамики применения пестицида ДДТ и влияния последствий его использования на сферу глобального здравоохранения, а также исследование механизмов его действия на организм человека, включая влияние на эндокринную систему и канцерогенные эффекты.
При подготовке обзора использованы базы биомедицинской литературы PubMed (2853 публикации), Elsivier (3139 публикаций), eLibrary (784 публикации), а для получения полнотекстовых документов – электронные ресурсы PubMed Central (PMC), Science Direct, Research Gate, КиберЛенинка.
