This review is an attempt to summarize the current understanding of the role of known human oncogenic viruses and their genetic variants on the risk of the human cancers development, as well as to show the existing measures of specific prevention of virus-induced tumors. It was paid also attention to the interaction between viral and cellular proteins, including tumor suppressors, and to the evaluation the significance of this interaction for specific oncogenic viruses and virus-associated tumors.</p>
Уделено также внимание вопросам взаимодействия между вирусными белками и клеточными белками, включая опухолевые супрессоры, и оценена значимость такого взаимодействия для конкретных опухолеродных вирусов и ассоциированных с ними опухолей.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>human papilloma virus</kwd><kwd>hepatitis B virus</kwd><kwd>hepatitis C virus</kwd><kwd>Kaposi's sarcoma virus</kwd><kwd>human T cell leukemia virus</kwd><kwd>human endogenous retroviruses</kwd><kwd>Merkel cell polyomavirus</kwd><kwd>Epstein–Barr virus</kwd><kwd>LMP1 polymorphism</kwd><kwd>signaling pathways onkolytic viruses</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вирусы папиллом человека</kwd><kwd>вирус гепатита В</kwd><kwd>вирус гепатита С</kwd><kwd>вирус саркомы Капоши</kwd><kwd>вирус Т-клеточного лейкоза человека</kwd><kwd>эндогенные ретровирусы человека</kwd><kwd>полиомавирус клеток Меркеля</kwd><kwd>вирус Эпштейна–Барр</kwd><kwd>полиморфизм LMP1</kwd><kwd>сигнальные пути</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
