Particular interest in bispecific antibodies is due to their therapeutic application. Two preparations of therapeutic bispecific immunoglobulins, approved for use in the US and European countries, are aimed at the treatment of cancer. Studies published in recent years are devoted to various methods of obtaining monoclonal bispecific antibodies, to study their physicochemical properties, biological activity, preclinical and clinical trials. This paper reviews different approaches  to the production of antitumor bispecific immunoglobulins, as well as the prospects for their practical application.</p>
Настоящий обзор рассматривает различные подходы к получению противоопухолевых биспецифичных иммуноглобулинов, а также перспективы их практического применения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>antibodies</kwd><kwd>immunoglobulin</kwd><kwd>bispecific immunoglobulin</kwd><kwd>therapeutic antibodies</kwd><kwd>monoclonal antibodies</kwd><kwd>oncology</kwd><kwd>cancer disease</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>антитела</kwd><kwd>иммуноглобулин</kwd><kwd>биспецифичный иммуноглобулин</kwd><kwd>терапевтические антитела</kwd><kwd>моноклональные антитела</kwd><kwd>онкология</kwd><kwd>онкологическое заболевание</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Russian Foundation for Basic Research, scientific projects No. 16-34-60 066 мол_а_дк, No. 16-04-00 603 а; grant from the President of Russian Federation in support of young Russian scientists No. МК-410.2017.4</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Российский фонд фундаментальных исследований в рамках научных проектов № 16-34-60 066 мол_а_дк, № 16-04-00 603 а, грант Президента РФ по государственной поддержке молодых российских ученых № МК-410.2017.4</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Deyev S.M., Lebedenko E.N.
