The TRIM16 protein acts the proteins TPD43, Gli-1, RARβ, Snail components and MAPK signaling pathway, cadherins, caspases and is also associated with the regulation  of the immune system via direct and indirect mechanisms. The influence of TRIM16 protein on the pathogenesis of hormone-dependent tumors is well-known. Further study of the TRIM16 role in the development and progression of malignant neoplasms will form the basis for  the development of new methods for predicting the course of the malignant process.</p>
Дальнейшее изучение роли белка TRIM16 в развитии и прогрессии злокачественных новообразований создаст основу для разработки новых методов прогноза течения злокачественного процесса.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>TRIM16</kwd><kwd>estrogen</kwd><kwd>malignant tumor</kwd><kwd>regulator of the cell cycle</kwd><kwd>apoptosis</kwd><kwd>ubiquitin-proteasome system</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>TRIM16</kwd><kwd>эстроген</kwd><kwd>злокачественная опухоль</kwd><kwd>регулятор клеточного цикла</kwd><kwd>апоптоз</kwd><kwd>убиквитин-протеасомная система</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Cancer Research Institute, Tomsk National Research Medical Center, Russian Academy of Sciences</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">НИИ онкологии, ФГБНУ Томский национальный исследовательский медицинский центр РАН</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
