We studied the value of myoglobin, calprotectin, lipocalin, matrix metalloperoxidase 2, matrix metalloperoxidase 9, osteopontin, myeloperoxidase, serum amyloid A, protein 4, insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 4, cell-cell adhesion molecule 1, vascular cell adhesion molecule, cystatin С.</p><p><bold>Results. </bold>We revealed the changes of some serum markers of inflammation in patients with G3 and verrocous cervical cancer.</p><p><bold>Conclusion. </bold>The obtained dates demonstrate that further study of blood inflammatory markers as an additional differential and prognostic criteria in patients with cervical cancer should be considered as reasonable.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Введение. </bold>Системное действие опухоли на организм подразумевает влияние на различные процессы жизнедеятельности органов и тканей, приводящие к кахексии, иммунодепрессии, анемии, изменению гуморальной регуляции и др. Поскольку воспаление является одним из хорошо известных этиологических факторов канцерогенеза, в том числе и для рака шейки матки (РШМ), мы предполагаем влияние опухолевой прогрессии на содержание маркеров воспаления в плазме крови пациенток с данным онкологическим заболеванием.</p><p><bold>Цель исследования </bold>– оценить уровень ряда гематологических маркеров воспалительного процесса у больных РШМ в сопоставлении с гистологическими особенностями первичной опухоли.</p><p><bold>Материалы и методы. </bold>Материал исследования – сыворотка крови пациенток с инвазивным РШМ I–IV стадии (4 пациентки с веррукозным раком, 26 – с РШМ, среди которых у 10 степень злокачественности G1, у 6 – G2, у 10 – G3). Метод исследования – проточная цитометрия.
