They make up about 40 % of newly diagnosed cancers. Connection of these cancers with oncogenic human papilloma viruses (HPVs) is being examined intensively, however it remains subject for discussion. Basing on case-control meta-analyses data were examined on oncogenic HPV detection in clinical samples of breast, prostate, lung and colorectal carcinomas. Findings on HPV genome activities were summarized. The results available prove to oncogenic HPVs as risk factors of the four enumerated above carcinomas.</p>
Имеющиеся результаты подтверждают, что онкогенные ВПЧ являются факторами риска четырех перечисленных форм рака.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>oncogenic papillomaviruses</kwd><kwd>breast cancer</kwd><kwd>prostate cancer</kwd><kwd>lung cancer</kwd><kwd>colorectal cancer</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>онкогенные папилломавирусы</kwd><kwd>рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>рак предстательной железы</kwd><kwd>рак легкого</kwd><kwd>рак толстой и прямой кишок</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The work was performed without external funding</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена без спонсорской поддержки</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Scott-Wittenborn N., Fakhry C.
