Although mutations in intracellular proteins remain the primary drivers of carcinogenesis, the role of changes in the expression and spatial distribution of laminins in the development of malignant neoplasms is gaining increasing importance. Primary focus is given to the patterns of laminin alterations in carcinomas of various localizations, as well as their role in the acquisition of invasive and metastatic potential by tumor cells. Furthermore, the prognostic significance of different laminin isoforms is discussed.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
Кроме того, рассматривается прогностическое значение различных изоформ ламининов.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>laminin</kwd><kwd>invasion</kwd><kwd>metastasis</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd><kwd>malignant neoplasm</kwd><kwd>carcinoma</kwd><kwd>tumor microenvironment</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ламинин</kwd><kwd>инвазия</kwd><kwd>метастазирование</kwd><kwd>прогноз</kwd><kwd>злокачественное новообразование</kwd><kwd>карцинома</kwd><kwd>опухолевое микроокружение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Chavda N.D., Sari B., Asiri F.M. et al.
