MAZURENKO NATALIA N.

Doctor of Biology, Professor, Leading Researcher at Oncogenomic Laboratory, Research Institute of Carcinogenesis, N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

In 1969 graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, majoring in biochemistry (diploma with honors). Candidate of Biology (1973), Doctor of Biology (1992), Professor (2009). Since 1978 has been working in N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center, 2003–2017 – heading Oncogenomic Laboratory. Published over 280 scientific papers, 155 of them are articles in domestic and foreign journals, as well as chapters in monographs (12). Prepared more than 10 candidates of science.

Research interests: structure and expression of viral and cellular oncoproteins in cell cultures and human tumors; molecular markers of cervical cancer progression; diagnostic and prognostic role of oncogene mutations in human tumors to identify individual sensitivity to targeted drugs.
