Journal "Advances in molecular oncology" was founded in 2014 on the basis of N.N. Blokhin Institute of Carcinogenesis of the Russian Cancer Research Center, co-founders of the journal are FSBSI " N.N. Blokhin RCRC" and LLC "Publishing house "ABV-press". The editorial board consists of leading experts in the field of molecular oncology, both national and foreign.

The journal publishes articles on the study of molecular and genetic basis of the etiology and pathogenesis of malignant tumors, molecular mechanisms of tumor transformation, cancer epidemiology, and mechanisms of action of carcinogens.
